Children
As registered childminders, the number of children we are allowed to care for is determined
by CSSIW regulations and subject to their inspection.

Days and Times
We treat each family individually and try to be as flexible as
possible. If we're unable to offer
child
care, usually due to placement availability, we
can
provide contact information for
local
CSSIW registered childminders.
As one of only two registered
childminders, in Rhondda
Cynon
Taff,
approved for overnight
care
by CSSIW,
we're
also
able
to
offer
overnight or 24 hour child care**.

Location & Travel
We are conveniently situated just 5 minutes off the main A4119 (Valleys
to M4 bypass) and
2
minutes from the A4093, Gilfach Road (Valleys to Bridgend road), in the village
of Gilfach Goch.
As well as providing
childminding services to families in the local area, we can cater for
parents traveling to and from work via those routes. We also provide rap-around
care
for children attending school in Gilfach Goch**. |
Funding
There are a number of funding options available to most parents. These include;
Working Families Tax
Credits of up to 80% towards child care costs.

web site. Five 2.5 hour sessions of free childcare per week through Flying Start, this applies to 2 year old children only, ask your health visitor for more information. Also, if you are in college, or university, they may fund up to the full cost of your child care.
