In July 2005 conversion of our garden and basement was completed to use as a playroom and play area.
This was certified by the RCT Building Control and passed by CSSIW. The basement is divided into a playroom to the front with storeroom, kitchenette and toilet at the back.
The garden was updated in March 2008 which included; removal of the decking and pergola, reinstating and extending the patio, the installation of a shelter to allow play in inclement weather, a new railing fence and gate leading to the lawned area.
The play house has had a revamp and been re-sited. An extra window was installed, the doors rehung and a kitchen added.
