We're currently members of; National Child Minding
Association (NCMA)
Quality Assured network, Rhondda Cynon
Taf (RCT) "Children Come First" (CCF)
childminding network, are a Flying Start registered setting and Estyn registered education provider.
With a collective 14 years experience in childminding, we've had the pleasure of caring for many children, from
babies
to teenagers,
of different nationalities and abilities. This has included
children with Epilepsy,
ADHD, Autism and learning difficulties.
We both have CACHE level 3 qualifications in childcare. As well as having an NVQ level 4 qualification, in Child Care, Learning and Development, Karen is one of only 2 Accredited childminders in RCT. We're also one of only 2 childminding settings, in RCT, registered for overnight care.
As NCMA members
we are required to undertake regular training, attend network
meetings and, as CCF network members, are inspected every 3 months. We are also inspected
by CSSIW
(2 yrs), Estyn (3
yrs) and undergo Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
check (3 yrs).

of your child's intellectual, emotional, social and communication skills
to achieve their full potential.
